Amazing work on the characters -- the flow of the character movement and the graphic violence is awesome. Very inspiring work --- I would kill to work at that studio.
I've gotten the ratings off of Adult Swim. They've sunk not too much, but they have sunk. By the way, do you have any idea if Augenblick is working on another? Or if they will be soon?
actually there will be a season 2. david wain (voice of the warden) posted in an adult swim thread saying something about it. people suspect it will be out in the fall. i'm excited for it too. i LOVE the warden and have even done some fanart~ ^^;; (nutmegmeg.deviantart.com) well, hope this gets everyone excited about superjail! :D
I just stumbled across you're blog. I wanted to say that you're style, characters and colors are wonderful. I can't believe you worked on superjail! Did you do any of the animation on the show or just the character designs? I'm incredibly jealous. (I want to intern at augenblick sooo badly...gahhh)

Where was this show animated? It's really fluid. You don't often see that from the US of A.
it's made at Augenblick Studios NY. All done in-house.

Hey Hal, have you heard word on adult swim wanting a second season of superjail?
I suspect this show will have a huge cult-following.

I've watched all of season 1 and can't get enough of it.
